Financial Services was founded in 1999 by Kelley Whalen, Attorney. Recognizing the need for clear, concise, understandable legal and financial information, he started his own company with a mission to provide businesses and individuals with a broad range of tax and financial advice and services. To expand that level of service, Art Bardwell, Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the IRS, joined the firm in 2006 to provide additional bookkeeping, business reporting and tax expertise.
